Our policy lasts 14 days after receipt. If 14 days have gone by since you've received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
If there are any signs of makeup transfer or any other stains, your return will be rejected.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items and unstitched suits cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded under any circumstance.
Please do not scrunch up clothing and stuff into packets/ envelopes as this damages the clothes. If we receive returned items in this condition, we will not process it and will send it back to you without a refund.
We do not accept returns on any jewellery due to hygiene reasons
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if red security tags have been removed or tampered with
To complete your return:
Please return all unwanted items in its original packaging, original condition, labels intact with copy of invoice stating reason for return. Please also highlight which item(s) you are returning.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (providing stock is available) send us an email at email@example.com.
If stock is unavailable for an exchange, we will issue a refund for the item only once it is returned to us

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable postage service or purchasing postage insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
